CherryHills Market™ bases shipping charges on the total weight of the order. Each of our items is weighed and the weight is calculated at checkout. The below chart details shipping charges. During specific times, free or discounted shipping may be offered, based on minimum order total or other defining circumstances. We presently offer shipping to customers within the USA (additional charges may apply for AK and HI customers). Small parcel items will be shipped out via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Please note that we are in the process of updating our shipping rates and website structure as it pertains to shipping, to provide a more cost effective means of shipping for our very valuable customers. This process is presently underway, thus we ask that if you have any questions or concerns you contact us directly at 800-504-6979 to resolve the issue. We are doing our level best to make our rates as competative as possible, so please bear with us through this transition.
For some large item shipments and inside deliveries, there are additional fees. This fee varies based on item size, weight, as well as your location. If additional shipping charges will apply, you will see this on the product pages and the specific charges outlined in the Order Summary in your cart.
CherryHills Market™ ships to street addresses in the U.S. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Occasionally, CherryHills Market™ offers guaranteed delivery by a specific date related to a holiday or event. In the unlikely event of a late delivery, affected customers qualify for a $15 credit for use on CherryHill Market™.

Return & Cancellation Policy
As a "Daily Deal/Yours Until Gone" operation, we offer highly discounted prices on unique items that are in some cases vintage, one-of-a-kind or of an extremely limited quantity, because of this we do not offer returns on any items.
If there's a problem, such as damage, to your item you may choose to receive a Return Refund to your original form of payment. In order to receive a refund you must first request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from customer service within 7 days of delivery, and returned items must be received by our warehouse in new condition (other than the damage caused during shipping) and in their original packaging. You may also request an item replacement and if there we are able to fulfill the replacement we will do so. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee for any product that is returned and deemed not to be damaged or defective and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. In the event your return request is past the 7 day return window, it may not be possible for you to replace a damaged item.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not already been shipped or gone into production (in the case of made-to-order items). If you do not want an item that has already shipped, we apolgoize, but we do not offer a return service option (as detailed above).
Tracking Your Order
CherryHills Market™ will send you an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships. Once your payment has been approved your order will then be immediately scheduled for fulfillment, where your unique items will be selected and prepared for transit. Given that many of our products are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity items we work hard to make certain that our packaging is such that your item is protected and delivers undamaged. While the majority of our shipments deliver within 14 days there are times when the delivery process can take up to 3 weeks.
We do offer a flat rate discounted shipping, thus we attempt to group as many items as we can in one shipment, rather than to send orders as items come into stock. In any case, once all of your items have been grouped and are prepared for shipment, we will send you an email detailing the order's contents, ship date, carrier and estimated arrival time. The email will contain a tracking number from the selected shipper, which will allow you to track the order to it's destination.
