As a "Daily Deal/Yours Until Gone" operation, we offer highly discounted prices on unique items that are in some cases vintage, one-of-a-kind or of an extremely limited quantity, because of this we do not offer returns on any items.

If there's a problem, such as damage, to your item you may choose to receive a Return Refund to your original form of payment. In order to receive a refund you must first request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from customer service within 7 days of delivery, and returned items must be received by our warehouse in new condition (other than the damage caused during shipping) and in their original packaging. You may also request an item replacement and if there we are able to fulfill the replacement we will do so. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee for any product that is returned and deemed not to be damaged or defective and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. In the event your return request is past the 7 day return window, it may not be possible for you to replace a damaged item.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if they have not already been shipped or gone into production (in the case of made-to-order items). If you do not want an item that has already shipped, we apolgoize, but we do not offer a return service option (as detailed above).
