White Pear, Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Beautiful, light, ripe, White Pear flavor enlivens this incredible Italian aged balsamic, giving a modern twist to this time honored classic. Just like the old time homemade canned preserves flavor - we use all natural ingredients to create a nostalgic rich pear flavor for this balsamic vinegar.
White Pears typically require a long chill season, which is not something that warm and sunny California provides, so we've traveled up the coast to our friendly neighbors in Oregon and Washington, where we procure a custom mix of Red Anjou and Bosc pears to flavor this balsamic. We've found that the combination of these premium pears provides a full bodied flavor that is paramount to anything on the market today.
The fruit matures in late June and harvest lasts through August, which means the sweetest and best White Pear balsamic, at our stores, is had in the late spring, throughout the summer and leading into the fall.
